Prospective Chapters
All of the necessary forms to apply for a new chapter are available online.
In order to download a document which has been formatted as a PDF file, it is necessary to install the completely free of charge Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software allows you to view, navigate and print PDF files. To obtain the Acrobat Reader software, visit Adobe's web site and follow the directions on how to download and install the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Once completed, chapter applicants are encouraged to send their completed application as pdf file(s) to upe@acm.org. Applications can also be sent as hard copies by sending six (6) complete sets of your application file to:
